Looking for a contingency plan for the following:

Information Technology downtime (i.e., your WMS has crashed)

Your contingency plan should be very detailed, and include at a minimum the following:

1. Who is responsible for execution of the plan?
2. Where/How is the plan stored and communicated to the warehouse staff?
3. What are the timelines for action?
4. Are there budget considerations? (i.e., costs cannot exceed a certain dollar amount)
5. Identify and prioritize the risks involved for the particular crisis (what is the level of impact? Worst case scenario?)
6. Is there any training that needs to be done with warehouse staff to successfully execute the contingency plan?
7. Does the contingency plan have multiple levels of action? (i.e., if option #1 isn't possible, move to option #2...if option #2 isn't possible....)
