What happened from your point of view (what did you see)? What happened according to each person there? Statement of non-consent from the victim Was there bodily harm (that includes physical pain)? Did you issue the Crime Victim Information Sheet (list it in the narrative)? Did you collect any evidence (pictures of injuries)? Did you issue any charges? If so, to whom and what did you charge them with? NOTE: This IS NOT one where we would take the defendant to jail!
