For this assignment, the Anti$-$Smoking Campaign is a project that you would like to promote on social media, explaining what it is and why it is meaningful to you. Your idea can include but are not limited to

$$ a personal blog about an issue that is important to you,

$$ whatever you are passionate about and would like to share with other people.

For topic, you will choose two social media platforms that you believe will best promote that subject. Twitter and Facebook.

As you have picked the topic of Anti$-$Smoking Campaigns and social media tools, describe what you hope to achieve $($in the example above your goal would be to bring more traffic$)$ and how you will use these tools to meet that goal. This must be supported by library research discussing similar projects and explaining how social media was used to reach the objectives of these projects. Continuing with our example above, you would want to find articles about other websites that have found success through the use of social media, or articles about what social media techniques have worked the best for professional bloggers. Please consider the Accessibility of your Social Media platforms as you begin to plan your social media project.

Please include two references for your topic. References should be less than five years old. An exemplary assignment will include details about you topic, your interest in this topic, all of the social media platforms you plan to use as part of your project, and quotes from at least $2$ articles that explain some element of social media best practices, with one of the articles being from a peer$-$reviewed journal.

Your proposal should be written in a narrative form and include all of the above information as well as a title, introduction, conclusion, works cited page, etc.
