This module has been about Agile, Scrum, and Kanban Project Management Models. At the end of each of the 13 chapters in the Information Technology Project Management textbook by Schwalbe Agile modules have been presented to you as alternatives to the traditional project management processes. Part of the reading from Wysocki was Chapter 12 which addressed the Agile Complex Project Management Models.

You will use this knowledge gained in the readings to display your understanding of Project Management Project Methodologies. Your responses will be graded on the content, grammar, and citations.
