1. Open your Willford-Tuition Assignment 2.xlsx file workbook and save it as "Your Name Willford-Tuition A4". (You can also use your completed assignment 2 and save as Assignment 4).
2. Insert a column before Column C. In the new Column, extract the first letter from Last name (initial), then join Last initial and First name.
3. Total tuition is $3050 for full-time students taking 12 credits or more and $125 per credit hour for part-time students (taking less than 12 credits). Use a function to determine the correct tuition charges.
4. In order to encourage students to major in business the college is providing $250 tuition assistance for business majors. Use a function to determine tuition assistance.
5. To determine how much a student owe subtract tuition assistance from total tuition.
6. Students should deposit one-third of what they owe or $500 whichever is smaller (MIN). Use a function to determine the amount of deposit.
7. Calculate the balance for each student.
8. Move to cell B7 and use a function to determine how many students have received tuition assistance.
9. Sort the students by last name alphabetically.
10. Save your work for submission.
