1. Two 32 bit floating point numbers are given below. nur! t (a) What are the exponents of each number? Which number has a larger exponent? (Recall that for a 32 bit float, the exponent bias is 1023) (b) Including the hard-coded 1, de-normalize the smaller of the two numbers by shifting the mantissa the correct number of positions until the exponents match. (c) Add the two numbers, and give the sum as a 32-bit float. Decode the numbers and the answer to check your addition is correct
