In my community and the surrounding areas, an ongoing issue that should be addressed is Domestic Violence. In many domestic violence cases, it is women who are victims of violence. Using macro interventions with this issue can help promote gender equality and equal human rights. Identify the involved stakeholders in the community and describe their roles in the community. Stakeholders are known as elected officials, community advocates, and other local leaders who have a valuable role to play when it comes to fighting against domestic violence. Some involved stakeholders in the community include medical workers, advocates at the local domestic violence nbcenter, the criminal justice employees including the victim's advocate and mental health therapists. As workers who work medical, criminal justice, and advocates, an important role is to advocate for individuals in unsafe environments. Workers of the criminal justice system can also express and define the rights of victims and others who are involved. Medical workers can assess victims of any type of abuse to help set up and provide appropriate care and treatment
