Instructions:
Compile a report on the major project that clearly illustrates the concepts of the four functions of management, teamwork, and organizational & individual behaviours that you learned in the course, and which you applied to the major project that you completed.
Tips/Hints:
- Start immediately upon receipt of the assignment. Do not wait until the last minute.
- Break up work into manageable sections. Assign specific roles and duties to each group member. Make sure everyone keeps commitments.
- Ensure your report focuses on concepts covered during the BMGT 152 class and in your Golf Simulation.

Submission Requirements:
- All reports must be submitted in hardcopy on or before the due date above.
- All reports must be typewritten, double-spaced. No hand-written sections will be evaluated.

Late Penalties:
Reports will be submitted to the professor at the start of class on the particular day.
Failure to submit your report on time will result in late penalties to be determined by the instructor.
Your report must include:
- A Cover Page that includes:
- The name and section of this course,
- Name of the assignment,
- Group name,
- Instructor's name,
- Names and student numbers of each group member,
- Due date.
- A Table of Contents, listing the major sections of the project with the correct page numbers, and applicable references.
- Correct headings for each section of the project.
- Each section of the report must be on a separate page.
- The Length of the report will be 7 to 9 pages, excluding the cover page, table of contents, financial and business reports, Gantt Chart, and applicable references (some of these should be included as appendices).
