In recent years, due to COVID$-19$ pandemic, remote work has gained popularity as a flexible and cost$-$effective way of working. With this change, concerns regarding employee productivity and well$-$being have risen. Remote work has its advantages, such as flexibility, reduced costs, and increased autonomy. However, it also poses challenges, such as the lack of face$-$to$-$face communication, isolation, and work$-$life balance issues. With these challenges in mind, this research paper aims to examine the impact of remote work on employee productivity and well$-$being at Chase Bank, a leading bank organization. To analyze the productivity levels of the individuals working remotely in comparison with individuals working in the office. This research also aims to identify the suitability of the personnel working in the office and at home. This report aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of implementing remote work policies for Chase Bank, considering factors such as the nature of work, employee types, competition for talent, and potential productivity and teamwork challenges. Through surveys and interviews, we gathered data from employees and analyzed the results. Our findings suggest that hybrid work can positively impact productivity and well$-$being of the people that works in the main office but only when proper measures are in place.
