Make a 3 paragraph about change on a problem. Paragraph 1: a brief background of the problem and assess which level of change (refer to the Depth of Change: off the scale, deeper, deep change, sustaining innovation, shallow change, not on the scale). Paragraph 2: should address the type of approach to change (innovators, early adopters, early majority, late majority, laggards) and which type of organization you think you are working with (if you are addressing a change that needs to be made in your organization). Paragraph 3 should address your role as the Disruptive Innovator in trying to make these changes (In particular Five Habits of Disruptive Innovators: associating, questioning, observing, experimenting, networking)
