Make a detail implement your risk treatment plan for one key risk. I would suggest implementing the treatment for the computer password and backup risk. So you can simply take a screen shot or a photo of your computers login page when you open it up to show that the computer now requires a password to get into it. You can also take a screen shot of your google drive or dropbox account to show files are backed up to a cloud storage system. You can paste both images into a word document and provide a short explanation of what each image is showing.
