1. Make a final selection, and comment on your reason for that selection,
2. Explain the process you would use to evaluate them,
3. What contracts (and SLAs) would you now need to put in place between you and the supplier and/or vendor? Do some research, and explain what information you would add to these documents, and what areas would be negotiable?
4. Develop a strategy for implementing and managing your supplier or vendor. What would be the key issues that would need to be addressed (both within the organisation, and with the winning supplier or vendor), and how would you ensure the arrangement between you would beneficial for both parties?
