Make a program(BLACKJACK) that starts off with you and the dealer each getting a hand. The player goes first. Use a random number generator to give the player 2 numbers ranging from 2 to 11. The computer adds and displays the total number for the user while also showing the original 2 numbers. The player then gets the option to stay with what they have or add another number to try and get closer to 21. If they go over 21 they lose.

After the player loses or stays, the dealer goes. The dealer has to add new numbers starting with their original 2 until they are above 16. If they go above 21 they lose as well.

Once the player and the dealer have a number that isn't above 21 the program should compare the 2 numbers and the higher number wins.
