Training method(s) - Explain which training method(s) you will be using to deliver the content and why you chose this/these methods. 5. Using Gagne's Learning Outcomes Model - What learning outcomes (can be more than one) are part of your training? (Verbal info, intellectual skills, etc...). Explain and give specific examples from your training program to justify your answer. 6. How are you addressing different learning styles in your training? Using the VARK Learning Styles model - give specific examples from your training program to illustrate which styles you're addressing and how. 7. What two Adult Learning Theory principles are you incorporating? Explain and give specific examples from your training program to illustrate. 8. How will you evaluate the participants? Explain how you will evaluate your participants and how will you know if your training objective has been met? 9. Team charter has been submitted. 10. The written portion of the assignment must be submitted by the deadline in the course schedule.
