WHAT'S THE JOB?
Join our Innovative Inc team, where our people are driven by a desire to innovate, do social good, and move construction forward.
As a Sales Executive, reporting to the Director of Sales, you will manage key account relationships (20%) and develop new ones (80%) within Innovative Inc's Ontario market. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a strategy to maintain NRB's current housing market share while expanding the reach into the market, including multi-family, and seniors living house, and select industrial/commercial applications where appropriate. This role requires the availability to travel regularly to various locations throughout Ontario up to 20% of the time.
Your work will include:
- Seek and follow up on various sales leads and process tenders.
- Develop and maintain healthy and prosperous client relationships.
- Follow up on all quotations sent within a specified time frame.
- Successfully collaborate with operations and marketing to build execution plans to deliver on strategy.
- Keep informed of market trends and regulatory changes to allow NRB to properly respond to economic, technological, and industry changes.
- Prospect via industry periodicals on a weekly basis.
- Monitor and report competitor and industry data.
- Attend and participate in weekly sales meetings.
- Be perpetually engaged in the development and enhancement of the selling process by identifying opportunities, understanding buyer motivation, identifying competitive strengths/weaknesses, and dealing with buyer objections.
- Represent, promote, and develop strategic relationships for NRB with clients, and governmental and regulatory decision-makers.
Qualifications
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Diploma in commerce, business or related field.
- Related experience is an asset.
- Modular industry experience is an asset.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be flexible to travel
- High level of MS Office proficiency
