make appropriate changes to the following document. make it more professional and academic. also make the zero moment more compelling.

"Life is a complex journey marked by highs and lows, triumphs, and failures, often referred to as "hero" and "zero" moments. These experiences are influenced by individual actions, beliefs, and religions, resulting in a diverse and harmonious coexistence among different species. Drawing from Stephen Hawking's string theory, each life has the potential to shape its own destiny, with the right decisions leading to global recognition and the promotion of personal values. The ultimate goal is to gain knowledge that bridges the gap between success and failure, transforming every experience into an opportunity for success and learning. In the following section, I will share some of my personal experiences that have resulted in both triumphs and failures.

Hero Moments

In 2017, I completed my high school. As I was stronger in Accountancy and Economics, I attended a Business College the following year. While in the college, for the first semester, every student must take Accountancy and Economics as the electives. Taking those modules as an elective for me was not a big deal as I already have strong background of those modules. However, as for some of my friends who came from science and arts background were struggling to keep up with the rest of the class. As a Buddhist, I believe helping someone who is in need will accumulate positive karma and is a virtuous thing to do. So, I offered to tutor them for free. While teaching them, I was able to enrich my understanding and widen my views as I would be revising and studying in order to teach them. Through teaching them, I was able to identify where I should focus more and get help from lecturers as often times, I would face with some problems I can not solve. Therefore, I was able to keep in touch with the lecturers throughout the semester. After the semester results were out, I was told all of my friends got good marks in both Accountancy and Economics. All of them personally came to me and thanked for tutoring them. That moment was one of the proudest moments of my life. I was happy to see other people's happiness as a result of my contributions.

During my college days I used to live in with my parents, but during my last college break, I decided to do some internship in one of the corporations. I lived alone during my internship program as my parent's place is far from my internship placement. When I live with my parents, I do not have to do any cooking or laundry or any household chores. So, my life at that point was comfortable as my parent does everything for me. However, it all changed when I started to live alone far from my parents. I did not know how to do laundry, make any dishes, or even organize my things in my room. It was a harsh reality check for me. Despite having no experiences in household chores, I did not give up trying to live a clean and healthy life. I started learning how to cook from my mother and from online too. I also learned how to do other household chores. After completing my internship program, I moved back to my parents. I started helping my mother with the chores and everything in the house. One evening, I offered to do the cooking. My father was shocked and my mother my reluctant to let me do the cooking. I was able to convince them to let me cook. They were not sure but once I finished cooking, they really enjoyed my every bit of dishes. After dinner my parents told me how proud they are for doing the internship. They said I changed a lot after that for the better. At that time, I was overjoyed with the compliments of my parents, and I was proud of myself for doing the internship. Therefore, doing the internship was one of my hero moments of my life.

Zero Moments

In the fall of 2021, my best friend almost died in a motor accident. We were childhood friends and have been friends all our life. After completing high school, I went to college, and he stayed home to help his parent's business. Once my college started, we were not able to meet as often as before. So, our life went on rarely catching up. Before I graduated, he became alcoholic and was always wasted. There was not a single day where he was not drunk. His parents did everything they could to get him sober. By early 2021 he went to rehabilitation centre to quit drinking for good. He did sober up for two to three months. Then he started drinking. By that time his parents were cutting his budget. One day he was asking money from me. I did not know he relapsed bake to drinking. So, I lend him some money. The next day, I got I call from his parents saying my friend was admitted in the hospital. Apparently, he met with an accident the night before. His parents told me he was drunk while driving. I was shocked to hear as I thought he quit drinking. His parents said they were not giving him any money yet somehow, he managed to buy alcohol. At that moment, I felt like a lightning struck me as I knew I was the culprit of his accident. I felt guilty. Had he succumbed to the injuries, I would not even be able to show my face to his parents. That was one of the zero moments of my life."
