In this specific situation as a manager, I need to apply four functions of management to find out the cores of the concerns to be able to handle them.

Planning. In this step, I need to assess the current situation by creating a one$-$on$-$one meeting to gather more information from the struggling employees to understand the concerns deeply. In this situation gathering the other employees$$ feedback would be helpful to identify if similar concerns are common for them.

Organizing. Based on the concerns, during the organizing process, I need to focus on designing private workspaces where employees can have more private, quiet zones when they need them and reassigning roles by evaluating the employee$$s skills and abilities to direct that employee to the best fitting role within the company. Additionally, there is a need to organize team$-$building training to improve interpersonal relations among workers.

Leading. Leading is not about just assigning a bunch of tasks and hiding in the office until the project is done. By taking on some tasks myself I can show the team how engaged I am$,$ which is a great tool to motivate employees. Moreover, highlighting the benefits of a creative work environment and how the current setup contributes to the company$$s success will inspire the employees to be part of such a successful company and enjoy the fun, energetic culture.

Controlling. It is important to be accessible in need, the manager cannot just set a project and go away. Regularly checking the struggling employees to see the effectiveness of private workplaces and role adjustment, celebrating team achievements and individual efforts will boost employees$$ morale and the manager$$s credibility.

The most relevant roles in this scenario are Leading and Organizing. For example, leading through communication, and motivation as I did in this scenario will be key factors in defining and addressing the employees$$ concerns. Moreover, organizing a flexible environment, and reassigning roles based on skill$-$based analysis will help me as a manager to boost employee satisfaction and maintain a positive, creative culture in the company.
