Make logic algorithm convert Celsius temperatures to Fahrenheit and visa-versa. Your user interface must allow the user to enter temperatures in either unit of measure and successfully convert to the other unit of measure. You have been asked to display the answer displaying both the number and the unit of measure.

1. What are the steps to code this process? (May use words or flowchart) - You should finish FIRST. No need to change your flowchart to match final coding (going back in unnecessary and wastes time. This thought process rarely, if ever, matches final coding.
2. What functionality do you need to give to the user?
3. How many outcomes are there? (Please list them) - What happens when you run the code?
4. List of test data used to validate the code. - What inputs did you try to make sure the code is working as expected?
5. Attach a copy of just the code for your working assignment within your written documentation so Professor King can provide feedback.
