Throughout this course, I have deepened my understanding of leadership and how different approaches shape effective leadership. I have always identified with servant leadership, as I prioritize the needs of my team, value collaboration, and strive to support the growth of those I lead. Servant leadership aligns with my core belief that leadership is about service, and I have found that when I focus on empowering others, we achieve greater success collectively. However, studying various leadership theories has broadened my perspective, helping me see both the strengths and potential limitations of my approach.
