make this sound better..
The feed back that is offered by the employees, in the employee satisfaction survey, allows for the employees to share their honest feedback about what the direction the company is heading. The results for a few of the questions I have selected show that there is a steady decline every two years in how the employees perceive various focus areas within the company. Some of the focus areas include - COMPANY & STRATEGY, JOB SATISFACTION, and WORKING CONDITIONS. Employees must believe in the company's mission and vision first before they can perform at their true potential. The survey data suggests that there is a need for improvement as many employees feel that the company is slowly making decisions that don't align with their true mission. Each employee needs to feel valued and needs to be proud to be a part of this company. How an employee perceives the organization comes down to leadership and how it has expressed themselves through their communication. All of these focus areas are related and can directly effect each other for example having excellent employee working conditions alloew for each employee to thrive and will effect job satisfaction and how the employee views the company as a whole. As the director, it is my job to make sure that each focus area is identified and that improvements are made in order to change the results of future surveys.
