Data analysis is an invaluable skill, empowering individuals to interpret complex information and make well-informed decisions. However, raw data holds little significance until it is meticulously organized using various analytical tools. For my data analysis and visualization tasks, I primarily utilize Microsoft Excel, a user-friendly platform that allows me to unlock the insights embedded within data through effective organization. With Excel, I can easily perform calculations, such as summing values and determining averages, which helps to identify significant trends.

In contrast, the program utilized in this class felt somewhat more challenging for me. This difficulty, I believe, stems from my unfamiliarity with the software and its functionalities. My journey with Excel was not instantaneous; it took time and practice to become proficient due to its wide array of features. After gaining experience with Excel, I now feel confident in navigating and analyzing data to address common issues.

The software we used in class shared many similarities with Excel in terms of graph creation, but data entry was simplified. We only needed to upload a file containing all necessary data for the graphs we created. However, if I could suggest an improvement, I would advocate for enlarging the visualizations I produced. The graphs submitted with my assignment were somewhat small, resulting in some information being cut off, which hinders a comprehensive understanding of the data for viewers.
