Making a chatbotA chatbot is an AI$-$enabled software designed to interact with users when they visit a website. These bots are assigned to websites to streamline user interaction when they land on the website for the first time. The goal is to provide real$-$time and immediate responses to customer inquiries. To work on the chatbot application, you can use retrieval$-$based or generative$-$based models. Your team will work as their solution architect to design their cloud infrastructure. The Chatbots application is using an Apache webserver to host their website that uses Oracle DB as their database. In this project, you will help them Design their own cloud environment. In your design, include the needed services to make it secure$,$ scalable, reliable, fault tolerant, and availability. Use the same style and diagrams as shown in figure$-1$ and slides$/$website to design your infrastructure.
