Case Study: Noreen*

ABC is a large company and the management has established a new procedure to increase bonuses by 10%

for employees who meet performance targets and expectations. The presentation announcing this policy will

include a list of these performance expectations.

Noreen is asked to make this presentation to the employees. The presentation should let them know that if

they work hard and meet their targets, they will be eligible for the increased bonus. Each employee will

receive a bonus amount based on their individual performance versus their targets and how well they

performed against the performance expectations.
