Select ANY manager (or business owner). Your current manager or a former manager. It is OK to select someone you for or just a manager that you know. Friends or relatives are also OK. NOTE: The manager must be on salary and not a timesheet. They should not be a supervisor.

First, write an introductory paragraph introducing your interviewee, their exact title, the name of their company, and how long they have been a manager (or owner).

Next, include the actual interview as the next section of your paper. NOTE: The AUDIENCE that you should write this paper to is your classmates. Assume that the audience knows nothing about the industry or profession that the interviewee is discussing.

Next, write a paragraph identifying where real-life experiences matched the textbook. You MUST have at least THREE (3) matches. Cite the page number from the textbook where you found a match to the real-life experience. Remember you are trying to match your interviewee said to the textbook and not your personal thoughts or options.

Finally, write a summary discussing what you learned most from this interview.
