Written Assignments: One is a manager interview and you may select anyone that is a supervisor or manager to interview. Be sure to include the name, position, and company of your interviewee.

Relevant Questions At least three of the following five questions are asked during the interview: 1. What are the top four skills and or behaviors you believe are important for managers and supervisors? Why? 2. What has been the hardest lesson, process, or behavior for you to learn and implement? What made it so difficult? 3. How would you describe an ethical organization and/or manager? Do you believe it is more difficult to have ethical organizations today? Why? 4. How has a diverse workforce affected your organization and culture/ Examples? 5. What are future trends and issues you believe will be important for managers to know and/or resolve? Additional questions are relevant to the course material.
