Managers are able to view the situations in difference perspectives to choose the correct course of action. This helps avoid a manager from reverting to old ways and using tactics that brush the issue under the rug. Mangers adapt quickly when using different frames because they know the correct questions to ask in order to get a good idea on how to move forward to get the best results. Their team will understand that sometimes the manger will have to wear different hats and will have to show more empathy in situations and sometimes will have to focus more on the politics. However, if a manager has stayed consistent with framework their team will not be blindsided with their change in demeanor, and they will understand different issues call for different managing styles.
