Manjah bought a secondhand generator set from Rosix for RM 8,000. He

was not aware that the generator was jointly owned by Rosix and his friend,

Nabila. With Nabila 's permission, Rosix was put in possession of the generator.

Even though Manjah has paid the price, Rosix could not deliver the machine as

he was stopped by Nabila from doing so. Advise Manjah on his rights against

Rosix.
