Systems Solution:

$1.$ Information System Overview $$ An overview of the type$($s$)$ of information systems available to

address the needs of the company. The overview should include what the information system can do$,$

and how it generally meets the requirements of the organization.

$2.$ Research on Specific System $$ Provide $3$ options, vendors$/$companies$,$ that offer the information

systems. Start with an industry analysis of software vendors. How do different vendors compare

against each other? Then identify $3$ vendors that best suit Mario$$s Place Coffee. Compare and

contrast the features, pros and cons, strength and weakness, IT requirements, and the approximate cost $($to the best of your ability$)$ of each possible solution. Research many company websites. This is

usually best completed with a short overview of each system, and then a comparison chart that looks

at each of the features and relates that back to the Needs Analysis Checklist.

NOTE: Many vendors will be happy to assist you with information about their products. Be

sure to tell the vendor that you are researching them as part of a College Course Project; do

not pretend to be a real customer. You may receive free consulting advice, demonstrations of

the software and how it might fit a given situation, etc. Some companies will not want to

work with you because you are a student, make note of those and remember for when you

are in a $$real$$ job, as that is a potential indicator of poor support.

$3.$ Recommendation $$ Recommend a solution that fits with the requirements, size, organizational goals,

and culture. Be sure to explain why you picked this solution over other alternatives. Show how this

solution does the best job of connecting with the goals of the organization. Note that the Research

and Recommendation portions should form most of the content for your report.

$4.$ Process Impact $$ Demonstrate how the system will improve current processes. Include $1$ post

deployment BPMN diagram to demonstrate how the system impacts the process.
