Indeed, while some organizations are now contemplating their future sustainability, others consider whether and how to alter how their organization operates. Therefore, making the right decision and having the best information (market research) has never been more critical. Method: Identity any business (online/offline) and conduct Research to discuss the potential for growth in the current business scenario. 1) Collect secondary data to analyze the current situation: e.g. company reports, competitor analysis, Products and services, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats (SWOT), and customer feedback. 2) For Primary Research, you can now do Store visits, website/ online Research, customer survey, interviews etc. 3) Based on collected data, analyze the current situation and suggest strategies for the business your group has selected to succeed in the market.
