SWOT Analysis: Make sure to connect your strengths and weaknesses to the opportunities and threats. This can be in graphic form.
Goal: Define the goal this strategic marketing plan will accomplish.
Target Audience: Define the target audience based on research. Make sure to narrow it to one primary customer and one secondary customer.
Value Proposition: Clearly define the value and differentiation what this company brings to customers.
Tactics: State what should change or remain the same about the products, service, branding, pricing or distribution.
Communications: Come up with a mini-campaign that will help communicate your value proposition to the target audience. Think about media placement, campaign theme and visuals.
Control and Evaluation: Identify three metrics that will help you know if you are successful and explain how you will use them.
Include a reference list.
