You will need approximately 30 minutes to interview a supervisor. This is an opportunity to learn gain insight from someone in the role The end product is a report that is approximately 3 pages, typed double space using 10 or 12 font. It should include the following: 1. Identify and write a brief description of the supervisor interviewed. Include the industry, length of time in a supervisory role and number of people currently reporting to this person. (Keep this brief) 2. Summarize the responses to the questions. (point form is acceptable) 3. Evaluate the supervisor's effectiveness or ineffectiveness based upon the responses to the questions. Defend your position. 4. Write a brief commentary describing your key observations, reflections, comments and criticisms in reaction to the interview. What did you learn?
