Question:
Luciana is a 25-year-old Colombian citizen who came to Canada four years ago as an international student. Making this decision wasn't easy as she had to work abroad for a couple of years on a cruise job opportunity to be able to save up money for her tuition in Canada; regardless of the challenges, she was always determined to pursue her goals and work as hard as she would have to in order to attain them. Once she has saved enough money, her parents decided to offer all the support she would need to embark on this new project. Her parents and sister live in Bogota and supported her financially during her student period. Two years ago, she obtained her Ontario Graduate Certificate after completing the Supply Chain Management two-year program in Humber College. Shortly after graduating she was offered a position at Spin Master as a Supply Chain specialist; she performed this role for six months before she was offered a promotion as a Supply Chain supervisor (NOC 1215 B). As soon as a year passed working on this role on a full-time basis, she decided to explore her options for a potential permanent residence path. After consulting with a legal representative, based on her profile she decided to apply under the Canadian Experience Class. She provided proof that her CLB score is 7 and considering her education and work experience on the NOC that she is, she feels very hopeful to receive an ITA on one of the next rounds of the Express Entry Pool since her profile has been successfully created. Luciana hopes that after obtaining her permanent residence in Canada and settling with her boyfriend, she can sponsor her parents to come and live with her.
What are the options for her to apply as PR in Canada and out of these options, which one is the best option?
