please provide the code so I can understand what the code means.

1. just need a random variable 5x7 matrix

2. Using the Gaussian elimination like row reduction, please show rows form a linearly independent

set but I don't need a columns.

3. Could you explain that how the rows are linearly independent and the columns aren't?

4. Please write out bases for col(R)...space spanned by the columns of (R) and row(R). it is space spanned by the row of R and please state dimensions of these subspaces.

and please explain how i can reach the conclusion (like reduced form of the matrix)
