Explain why the plots are so different depending on whether his positive or negative. Limits Find the limit of da(2,5) as h approaches 0. Would you expect to get a numerical answer if you found the left- and right-hand limits? Why? (Refer back to the previous lab to see how to compute a one-sided limit.) Then compute the left and right-hand limits for da(2,h) as h approaches 0. What does the two values for the Left- and Right- limits for the slopes of p(x) at x = 2 tell you? 3. There is another point on the graph where the limit of the dq function does not exist. Where is it? Analyze the graph in the same way (geometrically and with limits)
