1 Sum of Three Dice 1. Modify the program rol12dice.m to simulate the sum of three dice. Remember to save the mod ified program under a different file name, say rol13dice.m. Include a listing of your modified program with your report. 2. Run the program to simulate the rolling of the three dice. If the number of trials is large enough, you should see a histogram that exhibits a distinct hump in the middle. Obtain a plot of a representative histogram and indicate the corresponding number of rolls. Include an appropriately labeled printout of the histogram in your report. 3. Caleulate the theoretical probability of obtaining a sum of 18 for the three dice. Compare your answer with that obtained from your simulations 4. Use your program to compute the mean and the variance for the sum of the three dice. The mean should be about 10.5 and the variance about 35/4 8.75
