Matlab coding

I have a matrix like the one below where the 4th column is the power variable for each month from march to december. I need to extract these datas into a different matrix month wise. So, as the output there will be a matrix which displays the datas in the 4th column for each month, so this new matrix will have 10 separate columns. Also every month has a different number of data values. Like for march there is 20 datas and for april there is 15 and so on.
