Consider this situation, three students are asked to measure their systolic, diastolic and pulse before and after some light exercise.

The data collected is shown below : (Diastolic Pressure BEFORE, Systolic Pressure BEFORE, Pulse BEFORE, Diastolic Pressure AFTER, Systolic Pressure AFTER, Pulse AFTER)

Zoe: 95, 75, 73, 199, 84, 100

Mary: 91, 82, 76, 100, 80, 85

Jack: 100, 70, 90, 105, 80, 100

You are asked to generate a 3D plot where the diastolic pressure is on the x axis, the systolic pressure is on the y axis and the pulse is on the z-axis. Each point is supposed to be color coded to represent if the reading was taken before after light exercise. Each point should also have the students name besides it.

Next two subplot need to be generated, the same thing, color code.

1. Subplot showing systolic pressure over pulse.

2. Subplot showing diastolic pressure over pulse.

Make sure to include titles, labels, legends, the required text and that the x-axis can be adjusted so that all points can be visible.
