Using a csv file:

(a) What was the smallest gap between the high and low temperatures within a single day? Answer this question without using a loop.

(b) What was the biggest drop in high temperatures between one day and the next?

(c) The energy of a discrete time signal f[n] is defined to be E_f = |f[n]|² where the sum covers all sample indices n where f[n] is defined. Suppose we view LO as a discrete-time signal. (Dont worry about its units.) Compute the energy of LO. Answer this question using a single line of code

(d) What were the monthly average high temperatures?

(e) On how many days was the high temperature more than 10 degrees above the average hdgh temperature for that month?
