Max is a 26 year old man with multiple sclerosis living in a residence with Max, a 29 year old man with an intellectual disability, and Tom a 23 year old man with Autism Spectrum disorder (ASD), with limited speech. 

1. Identify the key issues that Tone, Max and Tom might be facing.

5. Max showers independently  butilised after a short time in the residential unit  staff and other persons observe a strong body odour when in close  proximity to him. What approaches could the workers use to facilitate the empowerment of Max to improve his standard of personal hygiene. 

6. A worker coming on duty in the residential unit notices that Tony is holding his upper arm. When they check his arm they notice deep bruise marks that look like finger prints on Tonys arm. What might this indicate, and how should the worker respond. 

7 What technological assistance might be suitable for each of the three residents. Conduct research to identify at least six suitable supports for each.
