Maybury Security Ltd have problems in contract department, which can be solved by having strong procedures. The relationship between all the parties is bad. The original contract has been changed a lot times, which has led to the delay of the project. Over the years, the project-based environment has become more complex, as have project-management theories and their underlying tools, in the form of processes, procedures and techniques (Klein, Biesenthal, and Dehlin 2015) .

It is clear, that the relationship between all the parties are failing after twelve months. AS the new police Senior Responsible Office ( SRO ), I will talk to the new MSL manager to involve the police representatives and subcontractors in resolving all technical issues. I will see all the complaints made by MSL regarding police and sub contractors. One of the important complaints from MSL is that the police moves their contract " goal posts". It is clear that all the parties don't have a clear objective of the project. Hence, I will arrange a meeting with all the parties involved in the project and a clear objective of the project will be defined. There was a lot of contract changes made by police and if that's true provided with evidence, i will make sure that we pay for the contract changes as soon as possible so there will not be any kind of delay in the future.

In order to improve relationships management, a weekly meeting between all the parties will be arranged. If there is any difficulties in the project, they can discuss it during the meeting and everyone will know whether the project is heading at the right direction. I will make sure all the parties get paid as soon as possible, if not I will force a penalty. In order to resolve al the issues, I will talk to the suppliers regarding it.

A strong communication between all the parties and with a very clear objective, the project can be finished at the mentioned time. Thus, all the issues between the parties can be solved.
