Mayor I'm seeking for advice regarding this situation: a customer bought a used car from the dealer, during the time of purchase the salesperson did not allow the custom to test drive on the highway, on the way home, the vehicle breakdown due to overheating, customer called dealer back, they advised to just drive home and take it to any dealer in town, since the day of purchase, the vehicle has been diagnose as overheating due to water found in the cylinder more likely cracked head gasket. The vehicle has been towed back and forth 4 times back to the dealer where purchase they they did not fix the problem rather than by pass and tell customer the vehicle is okay, it has been almost three month since the purchase. What advice or legal way of approaching the dealer or plant manager in regarding to this case
