Through this process, I could identify the importance of business ethics, sustainable practices, and the value of these concepts in developing and achieving career goals (Schroeder, 2021). The process has also helped me change my thinking about my job; I now plan to do things differently compared to before undertaking this leadership and managerial development course, such as seeking the mentorship of seniors in my line of work and engaging my juniors more often.
