MealPlan class

A MealPlan class holds a single plan enumerated value data member.

All Premiere plans should have the unusedMealsCarryOver( ) operation return true. All Regular plans should have the unusedMealsCarryOver( ) operation return false. Depending on the plan, the mealsEachWeek( ) operation will return either 19, 14 or 11.
