You will conduct a time study for the overall time for your process. You will conduct a time study (Link) of your process to measure the overall time from beginning to end, as well as, the time for each process step (the 5-7 steps) on your process map from assignment 2.

After completing the textbook and supplemental article readings, you should have sufficient knowledge to critically identify wastes in your defined process.Challenge your current thinking about the process when analyzing potential issues (see waste you never quite saw before, must have 3 per category).
