You're back in your old job at Cotanche Bank. The bank president, Fred Farmer, called you and told you to send out a company$-$wide memo telling everybody about best practices in business writing. He tells you to address the memo to him and to put 'All Company Employees' on the CC line. He said that would automatically include everyone on the distribution list.

Your task is to compose the memo Mr$.$ Farmer has instructed you to send out. You know what good business communication entails. Make sure you follow the guidelines in the Memo Quick Notes and use the Memo Template from Cycle $4.$ This is another exercise in following directions. It is also an exercise in condensing a lot of information $($conciseness$),$ self$-$editing, and exhibiting clarity. Times New Roman single$-$spaced, $12$ point$-$just like the template. Keep it to under a page.

Avoid interference, especially the self$-$created kind. Pay attention to the close instructions on the Memo Template.
