SUBJECT: A Big Ask

Throughout my career at Star Service, I have been fortunate to work with many wonderful team members. You are the driving force behind the quality service our customers and suppliers experience every day. As CEO, I am responsible for ensuring our $3,800$ employees have a supportive and productive climate in which to be successful.

In the next two weeks, you will have an opportunity to participate in a survey on employee job satisfaction. This survey is part of a company$-$wide effort to identify current job satisfaction within our divisions. Your sentiments are of considerable importance as we make daily strides to recruit and sustain a workforce beyond compare.

The survey will be administered by Trend Sense, a national firm specializing in employee satisfaction research. Trend Sense will remove all names and email addresses from the data and results provided to Star Service. No administrator or staff member will have access to employee$-$level data at any time. All participants$$ identities will remain confidential.

Once the data collection is complete, a task force will explore and analyze the findings to understand areas where Star Service excels and places we can improve. This task force will also develop plans to address any areas of concern.

Trend Sense will be sending you an email around July $1$ directing you to the online survey. The survey will take approximately $20$ minutes and is simple to complete. If you have any questions about this study, please contact the Star Service Human Resources office at hr@starservice.com.
