Use the switch structure to compute the total elapsed days in a year, given the number $(1-12)$ of

the month, the day, and an indication of whether or not the year is a leap year.

Note that February has an extra day if the year is a leap year. Create a function so that it computes

the total elapsed number of days in a year, given the month, the day of the month, and the value of

extra$\_$day, which is $1$ for a leap year, and $0$ otherwise. Then create a program that will prompt the

user to enter the following information:

Day

Extra$\_$day

and then calculates the Total$\_$days elapsed in the year.
