Method of the study: Participants in this study included 17 congenitally blind individuals and 17 sighted individuals. Gender was matched across groups. All participants were blindfolded during the study and tested normal for hearing. A sequence of small speakers was mounted on curved arms that crossed in the center in front of the participants.
