Method that receives an array as a parameter and returns true if it is
possible to divide the array in to two parts, so that the sums of the two groups are
the same. Otherwise returns false.
Sample :
sliceArray([2, 2]) → true
sliceArray([2, 3]) → false
sliceArray([5, 2, 3]) → true

Note:
Provide two solutions for each problem statement:
1. Non recursive.(Name each method appropriately)
2. Recursive.(add '_R' at the end of the name of each recursive method)
