It's a place where the job is secured but promotions are not easy, and the money is fair yet still low. I am an employee who is seeking a higher pay and is willing to leave as soon as I find it. I reside in New York and finding your place is far from impossible with rent and mortgages being ridiculous.Employee turnover can be a significant concern for organizations. When employees decide to leave a company, it can result in not only the loss of talent but also incurring substantial costs in recruiting, training, and onboarding new staff. Establishing a positive connection with their superiors might have a big impact on their motivation to stay. Along with common expectations and principles, workplace culture is also essential to job happiness.Other important considerations are work-life balance, equal and competitive salaries, and future opportunities. Teamwork and job satisfaction are influenced by receiving recognition for an individual's efforts, and job retention rates can be increased by the company's culture reflecting their principles and expectations. I know that you mentioned it's not just money but in today's society and due to inflation, some people are only at job because of the money unfortunately and because it helps pay bills. It's not the best but from personal experience my main reason for staying is because of career growth and I know staying with a company shows stability and commitment.
